What is Accidental Rental Damage Insurance?: Travel Guard's Accidental Rental Damage Insurance allows you to make this coverage available to your guests in lieu of requiring a security deposit to reserve the rental property. When your guests choose to purchase this program, the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance covers the guest for up to $1,500 or up to $3,000, if the property or its contents are damaged during their stay, subject to policy terms and conditions.
What is the added value to the guest?: Guests no longer need to worry about how much or when their security deposit will be returned. When guests opt to purchase Accidental Rental Damage Insurance, they're no longer required to write a check or charge their credit card for hundreds of dollars to cover the security deposit.
